Today we were supposed to bake something for someone other than ourselves. Hey, helps with the calories AND is nice. I'd consider that a win, wouldn't you?
Plus, the kids chose their grandparents that live on the other side of the duplex soooo yeah you know where I'm going with this, haha. We can always "share" them if the calorie thing ceased to matter... and let's be honest, when it comes to baked good.. nice and fresh, who cares about calories. Besides, it's December!
Hubby suggested we make peanut butter cookies with a kiss in the middle. Why? Cause he saw it on a commercial and it made him want it. HA, perfect logic!
