Our Community Christmas Party

Mr.Sebastian ran right to Santa to strike up a convo with him. He was sure to ask about Charlie.
"Why did you send us Charlie? I don't understand why I am allowed to see him but no other other elves?"
Santa was ready with an explanation of how each family is permitted an elf or two to help look over them. The rest of the elves are busy making the toys. It was really cool how he was ready to answer all his questions :)

Having a snack with Sister Monster, who was upset that her cousins weren't able to attend this year due to church. This was the first time they hadn't come.

Of course before we left, he had to run back one more time!

Our Day in Photos

Today was Girl/Boy day! Us girls cruised the mall for a bit while the boys (daddy and Sebastian) went to the movies.

The day was short lived as Sebastian decided after a touch over an hour, the Hobbit was simply too long to sit through. He got antsy and begged to leave.
(I, however, knew he couldn't sit through that movie which is why I chose to opt out of going. LOL)

After I got my handsome man back, I took him and Sophie to the grocery store. A quick pitstop at Starbucks for a treat (chocolate milk) and we were on our way to getting supplies for our yummy dinner.

Where's Charlie? Days 13-25

Sorry I have not been able to get these posted. Getting to the computer is quite the challenge!

 

Day 13: Made a snowy scene out of cotton balls

Day 14: in the lamp

Day 15: On top of the fridge, left gingerbread kits :)

Day 16: Laying down, left a note for Sebastian saying he wasn't feeling well cuz he was touched.

Day 17: On Strike cuz although Sebastian knew he was already sick, he touched him again and was acting up!

Day 18: Back to his old self, since Sebastian started behaving

Day 19: On the coat rack

Day 20: In the cabinet, but baked some yummy cookies

Day 21: On Skylar's duck and brought us a new movie :)

Day 22: In the bathroom, and brought a trainset for Sebastian to paint and assemble

Day 23: In the jewelry box

Day 24: On top of the lil tree, brought a present (pjs for all the kids and a lil treat)

Day 25: He was supposed to leave last night but was still here this morning with a note saying he couldn't leave until he was able to get Santa to approve his request for a hug goodbye.

Day 25: Saying Goodbye to Charlie, while wearing his new Charlie Pjs!
BYE Charlie!! We love you and will miss you!!

Day 12: Where's Charlie?

I think Charlie must have watched the movie with us last night, cuz today he was found very "minion-esque"

Today was such a fun day! We took the kids out to dinner at a local chicken restaurant, and then a short trip to the store. Why the store after dinner? To get a new movie and some munchies!!

(This was budgeted as a "December Event" this month) Kids loved it :)

I still don't care for Sophie with popcorn (read: paranoid mommy) so I got her cheese balls! And her special drink was chocolate milk with marshmallows on the side instead of Hot Cocoa
